  • I am a Employee of HCLSoftware, what email address should I use when I Sign Up?
For those that are employees of HCL or one of the subsidiaries please use your @hcl.com email to allow for the best user experience.
  • When will I see education for other HCL Software products?
Check back often! Course education will be added regularly. For questions regarding the availability of a specific product, Contact us
  • I see a “You don’t have access to this Course” message and the course appears to be locked. How do I get access?
If you are seeing this message on a course, it means that you need to complete a required pre-requisite before you can take the course. Review your Learning Journeys on the Dashboard to see what courses you need to complete before the course will be unlocked. If you are looking to view a Volt MX Course, ensure that you are a member of the Volt MX Developer Community.
  • I am a Business Partner of HCLSoftware and when I access HCLSoftware U it appears that some of the courses that should be visible are not what should I do?
Please ensure you are signed up within our HCLSoftware Partner Program. Visit HCLSoftware Partner Connect and select Join. Once the Partner is registered and the individual user is approved by the Primary Contact/Admin on the Partner side then the user should be able to access the courses.
  • How do I reset or unlock my HCL Software ID?
If you forgot your HCL Software ID password or have had your password locked, you can reset your password using the Forgot Password option or unlock your password using the Unlock Account option. Please see this Knowledge Article for further information on managing your HCL Software ID.
  • I am having trouble accessing or logging into the HCLSoftware U. How can I get help?
