Description
This course will introduce you to Domino Administrator client and the basic concepts of Domino Administration. 

Objectives

At the end of the course you will be familiar with the User Interface and features/functions of the Domino Administrator Client. You will explore the notes.ini File, server and configuration documents, use the server console, explore log files, and learn how a Domino application is structured.

Every lesson within this course contains an exercise to help you validate your understanding of the topic.

Prerequisites

• Must have experience using the HCL Notes version 12 client as an end user.  No previous knowledge or experience of Domino administration or programming is required.

• To follow the exercises in this course, you will need the following:
  • An environment with the appropriate system requirements for Domino 12 on a Windows OS Platform.
  • HCL Domino 12 Server installed and configured with the Administrator Client
  • HDOM-ADM-102 contains exercises that are built foundationally from exercises/environments in HDOM-ADM-101.  Therefore, HDOM-ADM-101 is recommended, but not required for the exercises in this course.
