BigFix OS Deployment - BESFND302O_20250811_NewYork Registration Closed

The goal of this instructor led course is to provide a well-rounded understanding of BigFix Lifecycle: OS Deployment. This course will provide you a deep understanding of OSD, how it works, what are the moving parts, how to administrate BigFix OSD and how to be a successful user with BigFix OSD. This is a 2.5 - 3 day class. At the end of the class, there is a test. There is no cost for this class.

Just to name few things in this 2.5 - 3 day class:

• This course will provide you the tools to install BigFix Lifecycle - OSD in an existing Windows environment.

• This course will cover: OS Deployment

• How to set up OSD, create Images, manage the Driver Library, re-image an existing system, upgrade from win7->win10, how to use BigFix to "top-off" the image with the software needed.

There will be many hours of hands on labs so that you can reinforce what you are learning.

Class size will be limited to 16 students.

This class will use Sametime as the presentation layer and Skytap as the hands on portion. You will need internet access via the standard ports: 80/443.

Once you sign up, you will receive the links to access this instructor led course.  Please note that registrations open 45 days prior to class start date.

Access to the Web meeting and labs will come to you from skytap-portal.com. Make sure you check your SPAM folder if you don't see it. The email skytap-portal.com sends out will contain your login credentials to the labs, the lab guide, and the link to the Web meeting. This typically comes out one week prior to the start of the class.
