How To Earn it?
Follow the below steps to earn your Partner Practitioner Badge
Step 1
Register/sign up for technical virtual instructor-led or self-paced training course with your Partner email
Step 2
Attend the course and complete all course material
Step 3
Pass the test at the end of the course
Step 4
Badges will be issued to you on Friday

Please contact your BPM or the BP Team if you have any additional questions or need to inquire about retrofitting a previous course you have taken after September 25, 2023.
**Please note that some courses are not yet currently offered in self-paced/online training.
HCL BigFix Foundations

The HCL BigFix Foundations Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix Foundations 101 course to plan, install, upgrade, configure, manage, operate and troubleshoot HCL BigFix.
HCL BigFix Inventory

The HCL BigFix Inventory Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix Inventory 2011 course to enable and manage the Inventory components which includes deployment, troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring and administration tasks.
HCL BigFix Compliance

The HCL BigFix Compliance Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix Compliance 301C course to enable and manage the Compliance components which includes development, troubleshooting, reporting, monitoring and administration tasks.
HCL BigFix OSD

The HCL BigFix OSD Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix OS Deployment 3020 course to enable and manage the OSD components which includes MDT and image management, deplying images and image capture and troubleshooting tasks.
HCL BigFix RC & Power

The HCL BigFix RC & Power Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix Remote Control and Power 302R course to enable and manage the Remote Control components including Remote Control basic and advanced installation and use, and power management.
HCL BigFix Relevance

The HCL BigFix Relevance Partner Practitioner Badge shows that the earner can start applying what they learned from the BigFix Relevance 401R course to read and write basic Relevance and Action Scripts.
